
SALMON IN PUFF PASTRY
Ingredientes (for 4 people)
One box of frozen puff pastry,
200 grams of smoked salmon in fine slices, 200 grams of cottage
cheese, 1.5 dl of cream, 3 spoonfuls of sherry, endives, 1 egg, olive oil, salt and
pepper.
How to...
Defrost the pastry and divide
into four portions. Extend each portion until a fine sheet is formed. Trim into a circle.
Cover the circles with beaten egg and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes.
Place the cottage cheese into a mixer with the endives, the sherry and 50 ml of olive oil.
Add salt and pepper and mix until even. Whip the cream and fold into the mixture. Cover
the circles of pastry with a layer of the cottage cream, cover with slices of salmon until
the ingredients are used. Serve immediately. |
